WREN Committee Description

The goal of the Women in Real Estate Network (WREN) is to facilitate participation and encourage accessibility in AREUEA activities by all members, with a focus on Ph.D. students, junior scholars and members new to AREUEA, particularly women. The stated goals of WREN corroborates with the mission of AREUEA, which supports the continued success of AREUEA as the premier academic real estate association. The committee’s activities include mentoring, advising, organizing opportunities for networking, and promoting opportunities for member participation in AREUEA activities. Each year, WREN sponsors networking events at the AREUEA-ASSA and National Conferences.

The President shall have power to appoint such committees, as he or she considers necessary for the functioning of the Association. The Board of Directors shall be informed of any new committee and, at the request of any board member, may subject it to review.
