The Department of Insurance, Legal Studies and Real Estate in the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position in Real Estate at the assistant professor level, with an anticipated employment start date of August 1, 2025.

Candidates must hold a PhD in Real Estate, Economics, or closely related discipline by the noted employment start date. For appointment at the assistant professor rank, candidates must demonstrate the potential for excellent teaching and high-quality research in real estate related areas and possess strong communication skills.
