Tenure Track Assistant Professor of Finance - Real Estate

The Department of Finance in the Wilbur O. And Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University invites applications for a Tenure Track Assistant Professor of Real Estate.

Candidates must possess a PhD in Real Estate, Finance, or related field (or expect to complete their PhD by August 1, 2024) from an AACSB accredited university. Successful candidates are expected to be active researchers with the potential to publish in top finance and/or real estate journals. Seasoned candidates should have a strong record of publishing in top finance and/or real estate journals.

We invite applicants who value collegiality and the desire to contribute to the Clemson community of real estate and finance scholars.

Primary duties will include teaching real estate at the undergraduate level, engaging in a research program that results in articles in high-quality scholarly publications, and participate in service activities. The candidate will teach four semester courses per year. The anticipated start date is August 15, 2024.
