NEW: Assistant Professors (Lecturers in UK system) in Real Estate / Real Estate Finance (Ref: SRF35329)

We are seeking to appoint three Assistant Professors (Lecturers in UK system) in Real Estate / Real Estate Finance to enhance the research and teaching capacity of this subject area within the Department and improve our competitiveness globally.  These posts are aimed at active researchers; there are plenty of opportunities in the department, and within the Henley Business School, to initiate and carry out internationally recognised research. We provide the environment for researchers to work collaboratively as well as individually.  We have a vibrant student community, and the successful candidate will teach on, and lead modules, across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Interview date: 14th July 2021

The successful candidates will be expected to take positions at the earliest convenience (by September 2021).

Requirements:

·     A PhD, or be near completion of a PhD in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Management

·     The ability to carry out and effectively communicate internationally recognized research

·     The drive and skills to sustain high quality teaching
