We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Professor (Lecturer in UK system) in Real Estate Appraisal to enhance the research and teaching capacity of this subject area within the Department and improve our competitiveness globally. This post is aimed at an active researcher; there are plenty of opportunities in the department, and within the Henley Business School, to initiate and carry out internationally recognised research. We provide the environment for researchers to work collaboratively as well as individually. We have a vibrant student community, and the successful candidate will teach on, and lead modules, across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

The successful candidate will be expected to take a position at the earliest convenience (by September 2021).
- A PhD, or be near completion of a PhD in: Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or management areas.
- The ability to carry out internationally recognized research and high-quality teaching.
- A good understanding of pricing and valuation methods and issues.
