The Runstad Department of Real Estate at the University of Washington is one of five departments in the College of Built Environments. Our department is excited to participate in this cohort hire. Specifically, we seek innovative scholars who focus on real estate markets and trends in the built environment. We are interested in researchers who can expand the department's expertise in areas such as: prop/fin-tech, data science in real estate, and corporate real estate.
