Job Description:

The William Newman Department of Real Estate is seeking applicants for a tenure track Assistant /Associate Professor position starting Fall 2023.

The successful candidate will engage in high quality scholarly research and publish their work in top-tier academic journals and teach a variety of basic and advanced real estate courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Rank is dependent on qualifications.

NOTES:

All CUNY employees must reside within a commutable distance to the tri-state area.

Candidates will be required to provide proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 upon commencing employment. Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline. Successful candidates should possess a demonstrated ability to conduct high-quality scholarly research and publication, outstanding teaching skills, and a willingness to participate in the growing Real Estate programs at Baruch actively.
