As of January 1, 2015 all NEW submission to Real Estate Economics must be submitted using the ScholarOne manuscript
system. The ScholarOne system is the preferred editorial platform for our publisher, Wiley-Blackwell. Our goal is that
the new system will provide enhanced publication efficiencies for the journal, as well as, our authors and referees.
The ScholarOne system requires a username and password for submissions and referee activities. Please create your login
credentials at your first visit to the system.
All papers must be submitted electronically. Real Estate Economics follows a double-blind review process; therefore DO NOT include
identifying information in your paper, this includes a title page, author contact information, acknowledgements etc. Identifying information
will be collected separately during the submission process and will be available to the Editors. Any submission received in which the identifying
information is included will be automatically returned to the author(s) for correction and will result in a delay of the review process.
