The American Real Estate Society invites participants for its 35th Annual Meeting, April 9-13 2019. The meeting is to be held at the JW Marriot Camelback Inn, only nine miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). The program will consist of a mixture of paper sessions and panels, while the plenary Critical Issues Seminar provides an opportunity to consider key topical issues and is organized in association with major professional associations.
The ARES Annual Meeting provides a forum for academics, industry researchers and policy makers to discuss issues across all areas real estate, including:
Appraisal & Valuation; Brokerage; Corporate Real Estate; Cycles & Forecasting; Data Analytics; Education; Financial Engineering; Geo-Spatial Analysis; Housing Economics; International Real Estate; Investment Strategy & Portfolio Management; Mortgage Markets & Debt Products; Public Policy; REITs; Sustainability; Technology & Proptech; Urban Economics
Papers should be submitted by Thursday, November 15, 2018. Authors of papers selected for presentation will be notified in December 2018. Anyone wishing to organize a special session or panel should submit a proposal directly to the Program Chair at email@example.com. Doctoral students have the opportunity to present their work in a series of dedicated and specialist sessions that are supported by the James R. Webb Foundation.
