AREUEA publishes Real Estate Economics (formerly the Journal of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association), the leading scholarly
journal focusing on real estate and urban economics topics. Real Estate Economics has
four major strategies:
- to facilitate communication among academic researchers and real estate professionals
- to improve real estate analysis and related decisions to further develop the theoretical frame work
- and institutional arrangements within which real estate decisions are made
- to provide a forum for research in this increasingly complex field
