2013 International Conference

Held for the first time in 1992, AREUEA's annual International Conference over the year's has become the leading conference to address global developments in international topics that affect real estate and urban economics. AREUEA membership now include individuals and libraries from over 45 countries around the world.

General Conference Information

The American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association (AREUEA) is pleased to announce the International Conference to be held June 23-26, 2013 in Jerusalem, Israel at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Conference keynotes include Dr. Stanley Fischer, Governor, Bank of Israel; and Professor Eduardo Schwartz, California Chair in Real Estate and Land Economics, UCLA Anderson School of Management. This dynamic event brings together academics, practitioners, and policymakers in one of the world's most beautiful and historic cities to present, hear, and discuss new research in urban and real estate economics, real estate finance, development and investment.

Call for Papers

The American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association (AREUEA) International Conference will take place June 23-26, 2013 in Jerusalem Israel at the Hebrew University. The conference will provide a forum for academics, practitioners and policy makers to present research findings in the areas of urban economics, real estate markets, real estate finance, development and investment, and housing.

Hotel

Hotel registration for the conference will be processed through the conference website.

The conference hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the conference venue. Shuttle bus service will be available.
