The American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association (AREUEA) and the Asian Real Estate Society (AsRES) are pleased to announce their joint international conference to be held July 11-14, 2011 in Jeju, Korea. This co-sponsored event brings academics, practitioners and policymakers from around the world together in one of the world's most beautiful places to present, hear, and discuss new research in urban and real estate economics, real estate finance, development and investment.

Call for Papers
The joint Asian Real Estate Society (AsRES) and the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association (AREUEA) International Conference will take place July 11-14, 2011, at Jeju Island, Korea. The conference will provide a forum for academics, practitioners and policy makers to present research findings in the areas of urban economics, real estate markets, real estate finance, development and investment, and housing.
Abstracts and complete papers must be submitted on-line. Full details of the conference, including procedures for on-line submission may, may be obtained by clicking http://asres2011jeju.com/asres2011/. Abstracts must be submitted by February 28, 2011 with the following information: title of the paper, three key words, the name, affiliation, mailing address, telephone and fax numbers and e-mail address of the corresponding author; e-mail address for each additional author. Preference will be given to complete papers.
